The funniest thing is that the caption on the actual photograph on that page on a supposedly "true" story.

They hated Hamburg and back then, they sucked and were regularly booed off stage in their first year.

Oh hey, I own this book! My mom bought it back when it was new, along with the novel type version of A Hard Day's Night.

WITH 32 PAGES OF PHOTOGRAPHS PUBLISHED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THIS COUNTRY

I laughed... but then I realized how limited information flow was before the internet.

I don't understand if the point of this is just showing us the book or if it's supposed to be the captions that are funny.

The Beatles just clearly weren't meant to be illustrated because the animated series versions of them were no better.

Aw. They had to play 'anywhere - anytime - whatever the money', not unlike other professions, often found in Reno. And then to have such mockery placed upon them!
Have you NO pity? ;)

HAHAHA.

Oh, lord. Those drawings are almost as terrifying as the ones that used to be in our church mailers. They have the same terrifying flipper-hands in some of the images, as well.

All in all, I think this needed more George and less pointless shots of instruments and people's backs.

Those drawings are indescribable.

I had a thought about twenty minutes ago while watching your "My Benjamin Franklin" Video.
Emmy often costars with you in videos, but don't you have a brother? I seem to remember that at one point you said you did, or am I just being a cravazzy person?
If you do indeed have one, why is it that he isn't really in your videos?

He's a little less outgoing than Emmy, but you can see him in "New Kids on the Rock #3: Bully Troubles" and "Balthazar the Elephant".
